Fuel you pay for in the app and collect at the pump.

  • Naira wallet, Paystack top-up, and a one-time QR at the pump
  • Stations within 5 km, with live price and stock
  • Webhook credits are idempotent, so a retry cannot double-fund a wallet
Role
React Native & full-stack engineer (contract)
The hard part
A purchase stays pending until the attendant scans. Paystack retries webhooks, so every credit has to be idempotent.

03How I build

Interface to the database, or the contract.

One path. Six layers.

    Interface

The screen someone actually uses. React on the web, React Native and Expo on a phone.

  2. 02

    API

Express services with typed boundaries, JWT access and refresh tokens, OTP flows, rate limits, and Swagger kept in the build.

    • Express
    • TypeScript
    • Swagger
  3. 03

    Data

Models shaped around the product: wallets, ledgers, orders, organizations, geospatial station records.

    • MongoDB

  4. 04

05Principles

Three rules.

  1. 01

Money paths have to be boring.

Retries, duplicate requests, and missed scans are the job.

  2. 02

    I can defend what ships.

I read the diff, including the parts a model drafted.

  3. 03

Numbers say where they came from.

Each figure links to the product or the public record.

06Experience

Four years.

08About

Lagos. Four years in.

I studied anatomy, started in Web3 communities, and now build products that solve real problems.

Coil, Softfood, and Vestpad are the recent ones. I want a team with real users.
